The award winning illustrator and painter Brita Granström showed a selection of works from throughout her illustrious career in this retrospective exhibition at PPG. Brita is a painter of life in all it’s forms, often working outdoors and from life in real time to capture the momentum of activity as it happens. Her exuberant paintings possess an unparallelled infusion of raw energy, and are a true celebration of the ‘everyday’. Brita hails from Sweden and now divides her time between there and the Borders.
