LOST LANDSCAPES WORKSHOPS - SEASON 3
ADULT’S WORKSHOPS
Ceramic Workshop
10am – 4pm, Sat 20 August, £25.
Esther Cohen of the Pitclay Gallery will deliver a comprehensive introduction to learning basic ceramic hand-building techniques using pinch, coiling, slabs and moulds. Participants can also have a go at throwing their own pot on a wheel in this informative and fun workshop.
CHILDREN’S WORKSHOPS
Children’s Mosaic workshop
Ages 5 – 8
2 – 4pm, Fri 19 August, £6
Work with an artist to create your own whacky mosaic using recycled tiles and broken crockery!
Solar Print Photography Workshop
1.30 – 4.30pm, Sat 3 September, £15.
Photographer Mike Bolam will lead a cyanotype photography workshop, including a walk along the River Tyne to collect flowers and leaves and exposing these plants on photosensitive paper to create beautiful ghostly images.

Use the magic of sunlight to develop photographic images on paper using leaves and flowers to make beautiful and mysterious patterns.
